CVS Tells Employees to Hold Each Other Accountable For ‘Non-Inclusive’ Acts
During a “conscious inclusion workshop,” CVS Health trained employees on spotting non-inclusive actions and urged them to call out their fellow employees if they engage in non-inclusive behavior. The training was part of CVS’s “$600 million commitment to address racial inequality.”
