Elon Musk Calls ESG Investing a ‘Total Scam’
Elon Musk, the man who has done more to popularize electric vehicles than anyone on the planet, called ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) investing a “total scam” in a series of tweets. Despite manufacturing electric cars, his company Tesla has been excluded from some ESG investment funds because Musk does not embrace woke politics — proving many critics correct in their claims that ESG investing is more about political control than protecting the planet.
