ESG Is Far More Than a Marketing Gimmick
Andy Kessler’s “The Many Reasons ESG Is a Loser” (Inside View, July 11) criticizes greenwashing and calls out managers who appear to be using environmental, social and governance investing to charge higher fees. While these practices are regrettable and speak to the need for greater scrutiny, they should do nothing to diminish the importance of considering ESG factors.
