Netflix to Employees: If You Don’t Like Our Content, You Can Quit
Netflix Inc. NFLX 0.20%▲ has a new message for its employees: Be prepared to work on content you may not agree with. And if you don’t like that, you can quit.
In an update to its culture guidelines, the streaming giant added a section called “artistic expression” which details how the company offers an array of programming for many audiences.
