Nickelodeon’s upcoming movie introduces characters by their pronouns
Nickelodeon is remaking the show Monster High into a movie this fall. But naturally, the children’s network needed to make the remake woke. In the film’s trailer, each of the monsters shares their preferred pronouns, including a monster Frankie, who goes by they/them. No word yet on what the gender-neutral term for witch/warlock will be.
