Sex and the City Revival Bashed as ‘Tediously Woke’
The revival of HBO’s Sex and the City seems to be the latest victim of woke dialog destroying shows that people once enjoyed. Early reviews of the show paint a bleak picture. One reviewer called it “tediously woke,” adding “How does the show tackle the fact that it’s been 17 years since we last saw them on TV? Extremely badly. Not so much the references to aging, […], but the references to the woke times in which we live.”
