Top Idaho GOP elected officials sign letter opposing use of ESG criteria by S&P
Top Idaho GOP elected officials including Gov. Brad Little, Attorney General Lawrence Wasden, state Treasurer Julie Ellsworth and the entire congressional delegation have signed on to a letter to S&P Global Ratings decrying the use of criteria that take into account environmental sustainability and similar factors in evaluating states' financial health, nicknamed "ESG" for environmental, social and governance criteria.
