NASCAR’s attempt to be inclusive of Kwanzaa fell flat after the racing organization swapped out the colors of the Kwanzaa candles to mirror the colors of its own logo, offending the very group they were trying to appease. After being thoroughly roasted online, the company replaced the photo, writing, “We apologize for not accurately depicting this in a prior post & send warm wishes to all who celebrate.”
