Now that the Supreme Court has blocked President Biden's push to mandate vaccinations for all workers at companies with more than 100 workers, companies are finally backing away from the government's edict. To wit, General Electric has just announced that it has abandoned its vaccine requirement.

Meredith Benton, the founder of a woke ESG investment firm called Whistle Stop Capital, questioned why Nike won’t disclose its diversity numbers despite running campaigns about Black Lives Matter. “It really is very striking, this disconnect between their marketing and their lack of transparency,” Benton said.

Major corporations across America claim that discrimination of any kind is not supported. If this is true, why do CEOs continue to support the Equality Act? Free Enterprise Project (FEP) leaders have spent a lot of time asking CEOs of these major corporations precisely what they endorse in the Equality Act. Discrimination is supposedly vile within company walls. Why would corporations support a law that would cancel certain federal religious liberty protections and would also be highly detrimental to women and girls in multiple settings such as sports and shelters? The Equality Act discriminates against women on many levels, including in sports. In states that allow boys to compete against girls in school athletics, the results have been evident and disastrous. The Equality Act would extend such discrimination nationwide.
Today, Consumers’ Research launched the Consumers First Initiative, a major “name and shame” campaign against corporations that try to distract attention from their corporate failures by playing woke politics. Consumers’ Research’s initial launch includes an ad buy of well over seven figures with hard-hitting ads critical of American Airlines, Coca-Cola, and Nike for putting woke politics over consumer interests.

They’re also launching a new initiative to hold companies accountable to their customers. The group is blasting Nike’s use of slave labor in China and for failing to pay taxes.
