The Enhancement and Standardization of Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors
The Securities and Exchange Commission has opened its public comment window to allow Americans to express their concerns about a new SEC rule that could require companies to disclose “certain climate-related information” including the company’s greenhouse gas emissions. This rule is backed by climate activists and woke businesses pushing for ESG (environment, social, governance) standardization. The public comment window closes on May 20. You can make your voice heard by submitting a short comment to the SEC. Find out how to submit a comment here.
